Because of the perishable nature of our products, and the high cost of common carrier overnight shipping, we currently only deliver within the Houston, Texas metropolitan area.  We offer free two-day delivery on all orders over $250.00 (which includes all of our beef box items). Once your order is placed, we will contact you via email to coordinate an ideal delivery time. 


We fully guarantee your satisfaction with our product.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product you purchase from us you may return the unconsumed portion within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  You should expect to receive your refund within two to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).  If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.


In an effort to reduce our environmental footprint, we'd love for you to participate in our recycling program. If you save and return our packaging, we will hand you a $10-off coupon upon receipt of those materials. Feel free to return them immediately upon delivery, or on our next visit. Materials may include: box, insulation, cool packs.
